Fast Slow is designed with privacy at its core. We believe your fasting journey is personal, and your data should stay private. This policy explains how we protect your information and what data we collect (spoiler: very little).

What We Don't Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone)
• No location data or GPS tracking
• No browsing history or app usage across devices
• No account registration required
• No contact lists or social connections
• No health data beyond fasting times

What We Store Locally

Fast Slow stores the following information locally on your device to provide core functionality. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up through your device's backup system.

1. Fasting Sessions: Start and end times of your fasting periods to track progress and show history
2. App Preferences: Your chosen fasting schedules, notification settings, and app theme preferences
3. Notification Permissions: Whether you've granted permission for fasting reminders and completion notifications

App Store & Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

Fast Slow is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect analytics data about app downloads, usage statistics, and crash reports according to their privacy policy. This data is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out of sharing analytics with Apple in your device settings.

Fast Slow Plus Subscription

If you subscribe to Fast Slow Plus, your subscription is processed by Apple. We receive anonymized transaction data to enable premium features but cannot identify individual users. All subscription management is handled through your Apple ID.

Data Security

Since your data stays on your device, you have complete control over its security. Your fasting data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including:

• Device encryption and secure storage
• App sandbox isolation from other apps
• Your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID protection

Children's Privacy

Fast Slow is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Intermittent fasting should only be practiced by adults or with appropriate medical guidance. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used our app, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. For significant changes, we may notify users through the app or other communication methods.
