How I Meditate
Ok, you might have heard a few things here and there about this weird practice called meditation. You might have an interesting picture in mind when you hear that word, like weird people with long gray hair and a hippie-like vibe telling you to relax and breathe and whatever... In a way, I hate that representation of the word because it's so cliché and serves no purpose. I think yoga has a similar problem.
You Can Add Spacers in macOS Dock
Today, I've learned that you can add spacers to the macOS Dock, thanks to Chris Pennington's 2021 blog post. There are small and medium-sized spacers; I preferred the small ones as they look a bit nicer for my setup.
Apple Vision Pro at WWDC 2023
I took some time to reflect on the Apple Vision Pro announcement at this year's WWDC. I'm sure I will ruminate some more in the upcoming days about other announcements as well. This post is all over the place, but I like it that way. I just want to share some interesting photos, takes, designs, and more from the event, enjoy.
I have no idea how I stumbled upon Nabeel's website, but I have had his Principles page bookmarked for a while now, and I've just decided to go through it again.
WWDC 2023 Excitement
I'm quite excited for WWDC 2023. Although I'm not a huge fan of VR/AR headsets, I'm still intrigued by the technology. I'm confident that Apple will create a beautiful product and eventually find the product-market fit for it, much like how the Apple Watch played out.
The new homepage is now live and I'm proud of what I've built. It's been a while since I had this much fun building something like this.
I'm currently working on my homepage. It's really hard to create something simple and clean, yet fun and playful. I believe that the homepage needs to be a bit special and have some fun elements for the first-time visitors. For the past two days, I've been playing around with animated blobs.
3 Lessons After Graduation by John Fish
These are just my own notes on John Fish's video called "3 Lessons for Life After Graduation". I wrote them for myself, but I realize that someone else might find them valuable as well.
